I am writing to say that my husband and I were very happy with your van service on the 19th of October. The driver was a little early and of a pleasant, friendly disposition. He assisted us in moving and loading the van. He came into the flat to observe what would be moved and mad suggestions as to the order in which we should bring our things out and how they should be loaded into the van. He helped to bring things out, especially the very heavy ones and loaded all the items. Only a drawer was scratched but has now been repaired. Thank you for your services Best Van and Man.

These guys should be called WORST MAN and VAN. This was one of the worst moving experiences ever.
1. Guys came in on time (the only positive from the entire experience)
2. Extremely rude and really bad attitude. These guys were not polite to my wife and she found them to be really rude. This was totally unacceptable.They were polite with me though, so I am not sure if it is some sort of Polish issues with women or something else. 
3. Guys were super slow. All my prior moves with the same amount of stuff have been completed within 2.5 hours. These guys really took their time and completed it in 4.5 hours, and I was actually carrying lots of stuff myself in order to speed up the process.
All in all, I highly NOT recommend using their services unless of course you want to be stuck with rude dudes who are super slow.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the company owner on a Sunday removal. The reply for quote was prompt, the van was waiting on the removal location a few minutes early, and the delivery to destination went smoothly.
I especially liked their approach of sending a confirmation SMS prior to removal, which stated the time of the van's arrival. This allowed me to easily respond with the acknowledgment and any updates on practical arrangements, such as the best location to park the van.
My removal needs were small compared to what even the smallest van could hold, but what I had was handled with all the care the items required. I would trust them to deal equally well with larger items and households too.
I have no problem recommending them. When I have anything bigger to move, I expect to reach for Best Man & Van again.

Steve, thanks for moving me again earlier this year. I think that was the third time I have called up for a move. This time it was moving us from our two bedroom flat with packing service. I would not hesitate to recommend it but I was very impressed by the Unpacking service provided by Tanya this time. Thank you. I've always found the removal service great and very good value. Hi guys. I couldn’t see where online to post my comments so I thought I’d reply via this website. Best Van & Man Removals gave us a prompt and smooth service for delivery to our trade show. They were on time to pick our stuff up. They helped us loading it in and then went to deliver the same day. They even arrived at the venue before us. Last Sunday they came to pick it up, kept it overnight in their secure base and delivered on Monday with a smile. I can highly recommend Steve and his team and will be looking to use them again in the near future.

Hi, I was asked by Steve to drop a line or two about the service we have just received yesterday from Best Van & Man Removals. I booked with Stephan 5 days in advance after being offered a great discount if I booked the cleaning of our house as well with them. They guys packed all our belongings on Tuesday and moved us and cleaned the house on the Wednesday. The job was done by showing experience and routine to the best possible standards. My husband was supervising the move and I was the cleaning. As a whole we think we were lucky this time as we did not know what to expect from the company but they surpassed our expectations!

I honesy think that the movers from Best Van & Man Removals are the best we have used so far to move our stuff. They arrived on time, were very careful with our furniture and fragile items and were very hardworking. We helped as well and with the advice from Steve and Christo, the van was arranged properly and they managed to fit everything in one go. We moved from SE23 to RH2 and with the long drive they  were done within 5 hours. We are happy and satisfied with the removal service and wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Hi All, we have been recently moved by Best Van & Man - Steve and I was asked to share our experience. It was fantastic. No problems at all. The 3 men arrived as agreed at 08.00am and although I offered them coffee or water, they said they are ok and got to the job right away. The thing was, our flat was on the third floor on South Molton street in Mayfair and I had to order all my new furniture for the new flat in advance which meant the movers had to move down not only our old stuff but all the deliveries as as well. They were relentless! In 4 hours it was all done and we had no complaint to make.
I believe in destiny and by choosing Best Van & Man Removals which I was not sure about as there were so many companies around, we made the right choice. Recommended!

My opinion is that we made the right choose when we hired Best Van & Man Ltd to help us pack, move and unpack our 1 bedroom flat on Saturday. Two ladies arrived to pack our kitchen and bedroom stuff and I would say I was impressed with the professionalism Tanya and Zlatina showed when started working on packing but I was doubly impressed when they unpacked. Everything was arranged in the right place and with a lot of taste. My wife was really thankful as it would have taken her 3 more hours to do it. The movers were professional, prompt and accurate. The whole service was done within 7 hours of starting and they over exceeded our expectations.

We had to move on Sunday and I found Best Van & Man Removals online. The website looked very nice and it looked like a reliable company. I wasn't wrong this time. A guy named Stephan and his 2 colleagues moved our belongings with the due care and attention. They worked really hard and did not stop even for lunch until the whole move was completed. We helped as well and the whole moving process went hassle free. At the end we had a cup of tea together and I can say that the guys were very witty and intelligent. If you book them for your next move for sure you won't be sorry. Thank you Steve-you are the Best Man & Van out there.

I used Best Van & Man Removals twice this week first on Monday to move my stuff out of my third floor flat into storage and then today to move it out of storage and into my new flat. Both times the men who came were fantastic, reliable and fast. The job on Monday was completed in only 2.5 hours and today in only 1.5 hours. Unbelievable! Two new VW Crafter vans both times with hard working and experienced young men. Great service at very reasonable price! Recommendable Moving Company in my opinion.

I would like to say thank you for the wonderful removal service we have received from Steve and Damian. The guys arrived exactly on time and started to work right away. They were a litlle bit surprised how much stuff I had but said it is ok and worked hard for an hour to load the van. We then travelled to my new flat and I was very happy to hear that the guys did not mind that I was moving on the third floor. An hour and a half later after the hardest work I had ever seen the movers were done. All my stuff including my furniture was moved in without a scratch! I have got nothing but admirations for the company which rightly called themselves "Best". They thoroughly deserve it.

I hired Best Van & Man Removals for a job on Thursday last week. On Sunday they arrived 10mins earlier and started packing. It took them 3 hours to pack our kitchen and bedroom stuff and the guys then started loading the van. Hardworking as they were it was all in the van very quickly. At the new property the guys were faultless again and finished in less than 2 hours. It was obvious they were an experienced team and knew what they were doing. I was happy with the service and would use them again if moved in the near future.
